1. SWOT Analysis & Handbooks
About the Result
At the heart of PrideEDU lies the belief that sustainable inclusion begins with understanding the local and European contexts of discrimination. To capture these insights, our partners conducted a comprehensive SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) in France and Spain.
Each analysis explores how LGBTQIA+ youth experience intolerance, what structural and cultural barriers persist, and where new opportunities for education and visibility can emerge.
Building on these findings, the SWOT Handbooks were developed as practical tools for youth trainers and organizations. They provide real examples, tested methodologies, and recommendations for non-formal educators who wish to integrate inclusion, empathy, and diversity into their daily practice.
The handbook’s framework is now used by partners and educators to continue building a prejudice-free society — ensuring PrideEDU’s educational impact continues far beyond the project’s official timeline.

2. Social Campaigns – “Call for Action”
Our Journey
The PrideEDU Call for Action was not just a campaign — it was a living process that evolved throughout the entire project.
From the very first awareness sessions in Activity 1, to the creative workshops in Activity 2, and the international exchanges in Activity 3, participants co-created ideas, visuals, podcasts, and messages that celebrated diversity and called for real social change.
Launched during Pride Month in both France and Spain, the campaign embodied the voices of young people who had spent months learning, collaborating, and imagining new forms of inclusion.
It became a collective expression of visibility, pride, and empowerment — an open invitation for society to stand against prejudice and embrace equality.
a) Social Moments
Throughout the project, partners and participants joined social movements, Pride marches, and public events.
These “social moments” were opportunities to connect with local communities, raise awareness, and bring the project’s values into the streets — from rainbow-themed art walls to open mic nights and youth talks on diversity.
b) Social Campaign Workshops
Parallel to the training activities, partners organized creative workshops where participants designed posters, slogans, and digital content.
Guided by SOMOS, these sessions encouraged co-creation: transforming discussions on gender, identity, and inclusion into visual and verbal messages that could reach broader audiences.
This hands-on process gave participants the skills to design campaigns and the confidence to communicate inclusion through art and media.
Every visual created carried the energy of collective action — personal stories turned into public statements.
c) Podcasts – “Voices of Pride”
As part of the campaign, young participants recorded podcast episodes reflecting on what inclusion means to them.
They discussed challenges, shared personal stories, and celebrated progress in their communities.
The Voices of Pride podcast series is now part of PrideEDU’s digital legacy — a sound archive of empathy and transformation that continues to inspire listeners across Europe.
