Asociación SOMOS LGTB+ de Aragón is an entity that works to improve the rights and well-being of the LGBTI+ community. SOMOS carries out actions at both the political and social levels to achieve its objectives.
The headquarters of the association is located in the city of Zaragoza, in the Autonomous Community of Aragon. We are an entity that works among equals, meaning we are people belonging to the LGTBI+ community who work to improve our own well-being and that of other people like us.
Le Girofard is the center for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, intersex, non-binary people, and their allies in Bordeaux and Gironde. Its aim is to be a place of welcome, listening, and conviviality. Created in 2007 by various LGBT+ or feminist associations and collectives, it has been welcoming you at 34 Rue Bouquière since 2009.
The center is divided into four main areas:
Conviviality: Through drop-in sessions, creative workshops, support and self-help groups. It also includes potluck dinners, non-mixed groups, various sports, and cultural activities.
Individual Support: Sexual health, asylum requests, legal, psychological, socio-aesthetic support, trans health services, etc.
Education: Interventions in schools, workplaces, and festive environments. Creation of educational tools and work around LGBTI+ archives.
Festive Activism: Pride march, Pride festival, Festiqueer, IDAHOT, and many other events.
INSTITUTO IKIGAI, ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA PARA EL EMPRENDIMIENTO Y EL DESARROLLO PERSONAL Y PROFESIONAL focuses on youth empowerment, including migrants and disadvantaged people, especially through training.
Located in Hospitalet del Llobregat, Cataluña, Spain, Instituto Ikigai is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the personal and professional development of youth through digital e-learning solutions.
Their primary activities include helping young people with training and acquiring knowledge to achieve meaningful and full lives, especially through creativity and digital innovation. They focus on the digitalization of development content, development of online training platforms, and teaching of digital skills.
They also promote youth participation in European civic life, as well as cross-border exchanges and mobility activities to bring to life the concept of a ‘European citizen’.
Promoting knowledge and intercultural dialogue as well as collaboration and good practices is central to their mission. They support young entrepreneurship and the development of necessary skills for integration, leadership, team management, and emotional intelligence.
